I have been looking into the OME springs for the 2nd gen. That is the only lift I have found for that model. When reading the specs it said the rear lift will be 1.75" and the front 1". They state that through their research, that was the biggest they could go without problems occurring quickly.On a side note, I took my stock 03 up and down a 40 foot muddy slope to test the AWD. The videos don't really justify how steep the incline actually is, but I was surprised that it made it up. The quality isn't that great, I'm trying to track the original the guy filmed to upload to my computer.

I have personally owned a 2003 Honda CRV in the past. It was pretty good on fire roads as long as there wasn't anything off camber or too steep.
