Have no voltmeter and limited time, so I wanted to get some answers from SE first before committing. EDIT I should also note the power steering and brakes fail when the dash is flashing like a Christmas tree. Even while it's being driven.
Smog Check Repair > Question 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid O2 Sensor Problem P0420 Hello. I have a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid which couldn't pass smog check. Answer:First thing we recommend you do is contact your local Honda dealership and find out whether this particular Honda Civic Hybrid has had Technical Bulletin #SB-11-043 service performed. Second, based on the O2 voltage numbers you've provided it appears that the oxygen sensor (bank one) is not responding properly. Give them your Honda Civic Hybrid VIN number and have them look up whether the recall service was performed.

My husband and I equally share our Maintenance Minder Honda, does the system average our driving styles to determine when maintenance is due? Your Honda technician has been trained on the Honda Maintenance Minder and will use the Forced Activation mode to determine what the next recommended services are.
