Peristiwa itu terjadi enam tahun lalu yang menimpa Dul Jaelani di KM 8+200 tol Jagorawi, Jaktim, (8/9/13). Dalam kecelakaan itu, Dul (panggilan akrabnya) mengemudikan Mitsubishi Lancer EX hitam dan menerjang Daihatsu Granmax B 1349 TEN. Dul dinyatakan bersalah dalam kecelakaan yang menewaskan tujuh orang itu. Hakim menilai Dul melanggar Pasal 310 Ayat 4, 310 Ayat 3, dan 310 Ayat 1 dalam Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan.
