A direct replacement for the factory ‘H’-pattern transmission, the Quaife QBE6U sequential gear kit utilises the original Mitsubishi bell housing, with the addition of a bespoke cast outer case containing a state of the art sequential shift mechanism operated by a new design of Quaife gear lever. Mitsubishi EVO VI-IX 5-Speed Sequential GearboxDrenth Gearboxes designed a dog engaged full sequential 5-speed replacement for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI-IX. This gearbox, which is based on the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI-IX gearkit, uses the OEM bellhouse in combination with a Drenth replacement gearbox housing. This upgrade in combination with other upgrades, such as the replacement of the tapered differential bearings by bespoke cylindrical roller bearings, ensures that this gearbox is now capable of handling up to 900 Nm of torque.
Mitsubishi EVO X 6-Speed Sequential GearboxThe Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X 6-speed sequential is one of the latest additions to the gearbox rang of Drenth Gearboxes. This gearbox, which is based on the design of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X 5-speed sequential, is now equipped with a 6th gear. As with the other Drenth sequential gearboxes for Mitsubishi, this gearbox uses the OEM bellhouse in combination with a Drenth replacement gearbox housing and can handle 800 Nm of torque. Optionally, the tapered differential bearings can be replaced by bespoke cylindrical roller bearings.
The MS6-9 Sequential Gearbox constructed for the Mitsubishi Evo 9 is the ultimate in transmission technology for the Evolution on the market today. The MS6-9 Sequential Gearbox for Mitsubishi Evo IX incorporates the Kotouc Gearboxes patented dogring technology for short, smooth and quick gear changes. Flatshifting of gears are done with ease with a quick and smooth feel. The sequential gearbox is supplied with an internal oil pump to maintain low transmission oil temperatures. The Mitsubishi Sequential Gearbox also has been future proofed for hydraulic paddle shifting.
