Toyota has finally pulled the wraps off the all-new Avanza. Completely new from the ground up, the all-new 2022 Toyota Avanza looks far sleeker and more handsome than the model it replaces. Because of this, the all-new Avanza is now front-wheel drive (FWD), ditching the previous model’s archaic body-on-frame platform. With its switch to a unibody FWD platform, the all-new 2022 Toyota Avanza now carries a far sleeker design compared to its frumpy predecessor. The all-new 2022 Toyota Avanza is now on sale in Indonesia.
When you see the all-new Toyota Avanza for the first time, I wouldn’t be surprised if it will shock you the way it did me. Big Size DifferenceThe all-new Toyota Avanza grew bigger in all aspects, but the most striking size change will definitely have to be the wheelbase and overall length. Just to put it in a more relative perspective, the all-new Toyota Avanza has the same wheelbase as the previous generation Toyota Innova. But for a car like the Toyota Avanza and how it is used generally, the front-wheel-drive layout makes way more sense. Huge Cabin VersatilityIf you look at the previous Toyota Avanza, you can see the bulk seats don’t fold flushed at all.
2022 Toyota Avanza is based on the low-cost DNGA platform and comes with a range of cosmetic and interior revisionsAt the GIIAS 2021, Toyota has hosted the world premiere of the new generation Avanza and it comes with a host of changes on the inside and out. The third generation people mover is based on a brand new platform and it debuted alongside the Toyota Veloz. With larger proportions, the 2022 Toyota Avanza is 205 mm longer and 70 mm wider while the wheelbase length has grown by 95 mm this time around. Other exterior highlights in the 2022 Toyota Avanza are rising window line, different rear quarter glass, restyled LED tail lamps, a set of newly designed alloy wheels, and so on. With a brown interior theme, the third generation Toyota Avanza comes with a floating seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, updated dashboard and centre console.

Untuk ketahui, penumpang jok baris kedua Avanza atau Veloz masih akan menjumpai gundukan di lantai walaupun kendaraan ini sudah menggunakan sistem penggerak roda depan.
