JDM-spec Toyota Yaris Cross Z Adventure Is Similar To Europe’s AdventureAs for the Toyota Yaris Cross Z Adventure, it looks identical to the Yaris Cross Adventure which was unveiled in Europe in 2021. The Yaris Cross GR Sport is priced from ¥2,367,000 ($17,169) for the petrol-powered model, and from ¥2,750,000 ($19,947) for the self-charging hybrid. The Yaris Cross Z Adventure starts from ¥2,331,000 ($16,900) and from ¥2,936,000 ($21,286) for the hybrid.
With so many automakers offering multiple subcompact crossovers in their lineup, it seems odd that the 2021 Toyota C-HR hasn't received a smaller sibling in the US market. Such a vehicle already exists in other markets like Japan and Europe as the 2021 Toyota Yaris Cross. Though the Yaris name is dead in the US, the company revealed the new Yaris Cross last year and has now introduced two new trim levels for overseas markets. Here we have the Toyota Yaris Cross Adventure. Much like the RAV4 Adventure, this trim level provides usability beyond city streets for thrill-seekers who enjoy driving off the beaten path.

Under the metal, the new model rides on the same TNGA-B platform as the regular Yaris and comes equipped with the company’s proprietary hybrid powertrain.The fourth-generation setup combines a 1.5-liter Atkinson cycle mill with an electric motor and outputs 116 ps (114 hp). Better yet, it’s hooked up to an optional-i system, and the intelligent all-wheel-drive system also includes “a manually-selected mode switch for Trail and Snow modes to enhance vehicle stability in tricky road conditions.”
