Gran Turismo 7 is arguably one of the most highly-anticipated racing games of the year, and Toyota Spain has partnered with Sony for the creation of this special edition Toyota Yaris . Called the Yaris GR Sport GT7 Edition, this special-edition model comes with a few special touches that distinguish it from the standard Yaris. The winner of this e-sports event will bring home a brand-new Yaris GR Sport GT7 Edition. The Toyota GR Yaris is one of the hottest hatchbacks ever made. Toyota says the GRMN Yaris was developed with the help of actual race car drivers and motorsport engineers. Each Circuit package car will be finished in special Matte Steel paint, and it's limited to just 50 units. Only 500 units of the GRMN Yaris will be sold, with all allocations to be assigned through an online lottery that opens today. And for those that already own a regular GR Yaris, Toyota will sell some of the GRMN's parts starting this fall.

The GR Yaris has been refined through “driver first” car development. Issues under extreme use conditions are identified through driver feedback and quickly resolved. Each car can be tailored to the driver to evolve into a safe and easy-to-drive vehicle. The GR Yaris has evolved into a car that can be driven faster and with more peace of mind, with improved braking force, grip, cornering and following performance based on feedback from professional drivers. Additionally, through the two Update Program and Personalization Program services, we will provide customers with “cars that evolve quickly and can be tailored to individuals” just like they are in motorsports.

Toyota Yaris GT7 Edition Might Be the Easiest Way to Get a PS5

Thankfully, Toyota España has come up with a clever way to skip the line at your local GameStop, Motor1 reports, and all you have to do is buy a car. Toyota España this week announced a limited-edition Toyota Yaris GR Sport GT7 Edition. Otherwise, it's a bone-stock Toyota Yaris, which is not a bad thing to get alongside a PS5. The GR Sport model enhances the usual aesthetics by adding 18-inch alloy wheels, a different grille and a unique rear diffuser. Toyota will offer up a Yaris GT7 Edition to the winner of the Spanish Gran Turismo Championship, and the automaker is also an official partner in the FIA Gran Turismo Championship.

Gran Turismo series partner Toyota has revealed a special, limited edition version of its Toyota Yaris hatchback, which not only bears the Gran Turismo 7 name but comes with a free copy of the game and a PlayStation 5 console. Officially called the Toyota Yaris GR Sport GT7, the car is based on the regular Yaris five-door hatchback and shouldn’t be confused with the Toyota GR Yaris homologation hot hatch. The GT7 Edition Yaris will naturally come with GT branding inside and out, along with a special key fob, key, and key cover. It’s very reminiscent of 2005’s Nissan 350Z Gran Turismo 4, which was available in a limited run across Europe and came with a PlayStation 2 and a copy of Gran Turismo 4. That will include a new, local Spanish Gran Turismo Championship, which will take place within Gran Turismo 7 and offer one of these limited edition cars as a prize.

Toyota Gazoo Racing s GRMN Yaris Is a Hardcore Japan Only Hot Hatch

Toyota’s GR Yaris debuted back in January 2020, and has since appeared in various guises from a low-power spec to one covered in a face mask-inspired paint job, and now the Japanese marque’s Gazoo Racing division has unveiled the ultimate Yaris thus far — the GRMN Yaris. Toyota will select the 500 buyers through a lottery, which enables potential customers to get their hands on the rare car. The standard version of the GRMN Yaris is priced from ¥7,317,000 JPY ($63,700 USD) and the optional “Circuit Package” and “Rally Package” cost ¥8,467,000 JPY ($73,800 USD) and ¥8,378,764 JPY ($73,000 USD), respectively. Toyota GRMN Yaris Debuts As Limited Run Hot Hatch For Tarmac And Dirt

Listen to this articleWhen Toyota teased its GR GT3 concept and "hardcore" GR Yaris last week, it certainly caught our attention. Of the two, the GRMN Yaris is the star of the show, and not just because it's the one you can actually buy. As you'd expect, the GRMN Yaris is leaner, stiffer, and sharper, but surprisingly, not more powerful. Toyota says the GRMN Yaris is 44 pounds (20 kilograms) lighter while also having stronger rigidity in the body. Toyota will also offer at least some of the GMRN Yaris upgrades separately to GR Yaris owners in the fall.
